  • white gelatin - 7 sheets.
  • cream - 400 ml.
  • vanilla sugar - 2 packs.
  • low-fat cottage cheese - 500 g.
  • sugar - 150 g.
  • milk - 125 ml.
  • juice and zest of one lemon.
Cooking:
  1. Cover the bottom of the baking dish with paper. Mix proteins with cold water and beat until fluffy foam appears. Add vanilla and regular sugar during the process.
  2. Continuing to beat, add the yolks, baking powder, flour and cocoa. After that add vegetable oil and mix gently. In this case, the dough will remain airy.
  3. Put the dough into the mold and smooth it well. Bake in the oven for about half an hour at a temperature of 170 degrees.
  4. Remove the finished biscuit from the mold, peel the paper and cool. Then cut the cake layer lengthwise to make two cake layers. Put the bottom cake on the dish. A metal ring is required that will prevent the cream from leaking out.
  5. Cut the second cake so that it turns out 6 rings 2 cm wide.
  6. Soak gelatin sheets in water. Mix vanilla sugar with cream and beat. Mix the juice and lemon zest with milk, sugar and cottage cheese and beat with a mixer.
  7. Squeeze and melt the sheets of gelatin well. After that, add two tablespoons of curd cream to the gelatin. Pour the mixture into a container with cream and add whipped cream.
