Ingredients:
  • Peas - 200 g
  • Freshly squeezed lemon juice - 3 tablespoons,
  • Sesame oil - 45 ml
  • White sesame seeds - 1 tablespoon,
  • Black sesame seeds - half a teaspoon,
  • Chili pepper - 2 pieces,
  • Turmeric - 5 g
  • Garlic - 3 cloves,
  • Salt to taste.
Cooking:
  1. From the evening cooking peas. I rinse in running water. I clean the damaged peas. Leave for 12 hours in clean water for soaking.
